As a NY State Licensed and Insured Massage Therapist, I have 15 years experience working in NYC and Long Island spas and clinics customizing massages in order to help my clients reach their personal health goals. 

My modalities include Swedish Massage,  Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and more ....  Swedish Institute certifications in Reflexology and Medical Massage.

My main goal is to help my clients deal with their chronic conditions and stress and to feel renewed after each session.
